Automechanika Shanghai, one of the most influential automotive trade fairs in the world, is set to take place at the National Exhibition and Convention Center (NECC) in Shanghai from 29 November to 2 December 2023. The event will bring together more than 4,800 exhibitors and 150,000 visitors from over 140 countries and regions, covering the entire automotive supply chain from parts and components, electronics and connectivity, accessories and customizing, to tomorrow’s service and mobility, tyres and wheels, diagnostics and repair, and body and paint.
The theme of this year’s show is Innovation4Mobility, which reflects the latest market trends and the rapid evolution of the automotive industry. The show will feature four specialized zones and four showcase areas that highlight the cutting-edge technologies and solutions in the fields of auto manufacturing, remanufacturing, services and supply chain, future mobility, green repair, and customizing x tech.
The show will also offer a rich programme of fringe events, including conferences, seminars, workshops, matchmaking sessions, awards ceremonies, and competitions. Some of the topics that will be discussed are the development of hydrogen energy vehicles, the integration of 5G and intelligent connected vehicles, the transformation of aftermarket services, the opportunities and challenges of new energy vehicle battery recycling, and the latest policies and regulations in the automotive industry.
Automechanika Shanghai is not only a platform for information exchange, marketing, trade and education, but also a bridge for enterprises to expand their domestic and overseas markets. The show will leverage its global network of Automechanika fairs in China and ASEAN regions, as well as its digital platform AMS Live, to connect remote and onsite users and facilitate business opportunities.
Automechanika Shanghai is organized by Messe Frankfurt (Shanghai) Co Ltd and China National Machinery Industry International Co Ltd (Sinomachint). The show is part of the Mobility & Logistics sector of Messe Frankfurt, which organizes a series of events for the automotive, transport and logistics industries around the world.
