— Why are Quanchai engines more fuel-efficient than products in the same category?
Adopting German Bosch high-pressure common rail fuel system, optimizing fuel injection atomization, improving combustion efficiency and reducing fuel consumption, Quanchai cooperates with British Ricardo Company to develop patented direct-injection combustion chamber with high capacitance base ratio and double-swirl combustion system. The combustion efficiency is further improved by differentiating the design of each cylinder airway according to the position of the air inlet. The engine adopts a high-efficiency supercharger.
Quanchai also applies advanced thermal management technology to continuously reduce engine thermal management energy consumption. The engine has a wider fuel economy zone and lower fuel consumption.
The engine also adopts piston ring and polymer coating, and bearing shell shearing technique, which reduces the friction of engine motion movement, saves fuel and energy.
The entire engine is designed to be lightweight, with more aluminum alloy parts added. The structure is more compact and lighter in weight, further reducing fuel consumption.
The comprehensive fuel consumption per 100 kilometers of off-road engine per hour of Quanchai’s automotive engines saves 5%-15% on average compared with the products of the same category, which helps the users to create wealth and increase income.
Quanchai is deeply engaged in the independent research and development of internal combustion engines, practicing green and low-carbon development.
Merit power, made by Quanchai!
